Domiciliary Care

We are passionate about providing care solutions to the elderly and frail people with various conditions in our community to enable them live an independent life and in the comfort of their homes as long as possible. To ensure we can meet the needs of our clients, staff are thoroughly trained and competent in supporting elderly people at home.

We care for adults with conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Regalement needs following Hospitalisation, Respite Care, End of Life Care, Elderly with Depression and Motor Neuron Disease.

Training such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Stroke Awareness, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Diabetes, and other relevant qualifications are at the heart of what we do and we are very proud to provide staff with an array of relevant qualifications, giving the client peace of mind that they are in good hands.

Some of the aspects of our domiciliary services include the following:

 24 hours Care

This is provided by either nurses or carers, or a combination of both. This care would be appropriate for continuing care patients who have high dependence needs, individuals receiving palliative care and individuals who have physical, learning or mental health disability and need round the clock support.

 Respite Care

Respite care or seating service is an ideal opportunity for the informal carer to have some hours break away from their caring role and engage in their personal activities. We can provide this service on a weekly basis with the frequency depending on the needs of the client.

 Re-ennoblement Care

This enables an individual a period to recover and receive short-term rehabilitation service. Our responsibility is to support the individual in recovery and gaining back their independence.

 Sleep-in and Waking Night

This enables the individual to feel safe and reassured that there is someone available to help even at night time in the comfort of their homes. It could be an active or sleep over cover depending on the individual’s needs

 Live in Care

This enables the individuals to have an all-round care and support in their own home with carer living with them in the comfort of their homes. It gives relatives and friends the reassurance that their loved one is being looked after in their home, with their individual needs addressed and their personal wishes fulfilled. Clients have the comfort of staying at home in familiar surroundings and community. With our Live in Care service, clients have the continuity and comfort of staying at home in familiar surroundings with cost as competitive as going into a residential or nursing home.

 Shopping/ Excursion

This service enables our clients to engage in social and recreational activities so that they can live independent lives as much as possible. We are able to provide well trained and competent staff to support with shopping, attending appointments or engaging in leisure activities like going to the cinema. Our remit is to ensure that clients can engage in their communities as much as possible
