Executive Care is the trading name of MK Executive Care Services, started operations in 2012 and in a short space of time we have created a reputation for ourselves as an organisation that works closely with service users, Purchasers, Care Home, Private Individuals and their Families.

We offer a comprehensive range of services dedicated to serve Individuals and Organisations within the Healthcare and Social Care industry. 

Domiciliary Care Service: We provide care workers, companions and other staff to various Care Providers, Organisations and Private Individuals such as older people, people with disabilities, children and their family to enable them live a normal life in the comfort and security of their own environment.

Recruitment Services: We are experts in social work recruitment, with experience in the industry we understand the challenges and rewards of the profession.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, care is tailor around each service users need. With rigorous, stringent recruitment and vetting process we deliver a team of skilled honest, conscientious staff. All staff are insured and CRB checked.

Continuous training is built into our Code of Conduct and development programme to ensure that employed care workers have the necessary up to date training.  A team of field staff including risk assessors and monitoring officers supports with this process.  Each field supervisor is responsible for a small number of care workers within his or her immediate area.
