Our temporary staff supply is a good way to ensure that all your shifts are covered especially during busy sessions of staff holiday or sickness covers. With a 24/7 manned telephone, you can be rest assured that we will be answer your request and respond as quickly as possible. Our trained, skilled and vetted staff are able to provide cover when you are experiencing staff shortage.
Semi Independent Living
Our Semi-independent homes services are more than just somewhere to live. It bridges the gap between childhood and adulthood so that a young people are prepared for the challenges of living independently.
Supports provided include the followings:
• Supporting with registration and attending school, training or work placement
• Supporting with attending appointments
• Supporting with planning and arranging daily activities
Some of the service users in this category have the following needs:
• Young person leaving care
• Asylum seeker
We work closely with the local authority to ensure the relevant assessments are carried out in a timely manner and the young person’s needs are fully assessed and can be responded to. We ensure young people have their voice heard through these processes and are fully informed and involved.
